Individuals applying for the NES can utilize this form to submit their payment.

Fee Overview:

• $30 Nonrefundable Application Fee
• To be eligible for review and consideration for an NES, a complete application packet with all required items including the $30 nonrefundable application fee must be submitted by mail, email, or brought to the Board office by October 31, 11:59 PM CST.
